1. About DRSC
The Document Review Standards Council ("DRSC") is a private, independent credentialing program. DRSC credentials confirm foundation-level knowledge of document review. They are not a license to practice law, are not board certification by The Florida Bar or any other bar, and are not issued by any government agency.
2. Exams and fees
- Each exam costs $50 USD and includes one retake. Additional attempts are available after a 30-day waiting period.
- Exams are timed, randomized and delivered online. Each question is answered once.
- Candidates must sign the DRSC Honor Code before starting an exam.
3. Honor Code
By taking a DRSC exam, you agree to complete it yourself, without help from any person, AI tool or reference material, and not to copy, photograph, record, share or sell exam questions. DRSC may cancel results and revoke credentials obtained in violation of the Honor Code.
4. Accommodations
Candidates with disabilities may request an accessible exam version, including extended time and a screen-reader compatible format, at no extra cost.
5. DRSC Academy and study materials
DRSC Academy membership costs $20 USD per year and gives unlimited access to DRSC study materials for twelve months from purchase. Membership is personal and may not be shared. Study materials are provided for educational purposes only and are not legal advice. DRSC owns all exam and study content.
6. Trademarks
Relativity and Everlaw are trademarks of their respective owners. DRSC is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them. This website is not affiliated with Warner Bros. Discovery or the Discovery Channel.
